Pumpkin Pie Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Beat 2 egg yolks and whites separately. Add egg yolks and fold in egg whites.
Pour into a 9-inch pie shell (unbaked).
Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0 and then 15 to 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
