Lemon Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. sifted flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    rind of 1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
    3 egg yolks
    3 egg whites, folded into mixture
Preparation
    Pour ingredients into buttered baking dish and cook in pan of water at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cake will be brown on top and custard on bottom.
