Crab And Shrimp Supreme(Yields Six Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 minced garlic clove
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped red pepper
    1 c. cooked shrimp
    2 c. crab meat
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Rhine wine
    1 c. Ricotta (cottage cheese may be substituted)
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute veggies in butter for 3 to 4 minutes; blend in shrimp, crab and flour with veggies.
    Add salt and wine.
    Blend together Ricotta and sour cream, then add to crab mixture.
    Pour into 9 x 12-inch buttered casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
