Roy'S Favorite Chiapino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 c. solid pack tomatoes
    1 c. tomato puree
    salt and pepper
    crab or lobster (optional)
    paprika
    1 c. red wine
    few leaves sweet basil
    3 lb. fish fillets (bass, cod, red snapper)
    1 lb. raw shrimp
    2 doz. clams
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in Dutch oven or large kettle; saute garlic, parsley, celery and green pepper until browned.
    Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, red wine and basil.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
