Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract
3 1/2 oz. can Angel Flake coconut
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream butter, gradually add 3 cups sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each. Alternately add flour and milk.
Add coconut.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 in a tube pan.
