Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen chopped broccoli thawed
    1 8 oz. pkg. cottage cheese
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese cubed
    1 stick margarine cubed
    6 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a 13x9 glass casserole dish whisk the eggs and flour together.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir in cottage cheese and thawed broccoli.
    Using a spoon \"poke\" the Velveeta and margarine cubes throughout the egg mixture.
