Texas Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
4 oz. can mild green chilies, chopped
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation

To beaten eggs, add flour, salt and milk.
Beat well.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into well-greased 8 x 12-inch glass dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cut into squares.
Serve hot.
Freezes well.
