Lemony Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/8 tsp. dry mustard
juice of 1/2 large lemon
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 lb. fresh asparagus, cooked or 2 boxes frozen, cooked
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Place cooked asparagus in shallow greased casserole in single layer.
Melt butter; heat until golden brown.
Blend in mayonnaise, seasonings and lemon juice.
Pour over asparagus. Sprinkle with crumbs, then cheese.
