Beef, Spaghetti, And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut 1/2-inch thick
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. water
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 c. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (6 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
Grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Trim off fat and cut beef into 2 x 1/2-inch strips. Combine 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons flour;
pound into meat.
Heat oil in heavy Dutch oven and brown beef quickly; remove from pan.
Brown 2 tablespoons flour in pan drippings.
Gradually stir in water and add 1/2 teaspoon salt, lemon pepper, catsup, and Worcestershire sauce.
Return steak to pan, cover and simmer over low heat for
1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Serve with spaghetti and grated cheese.

8 servings.
