Ruth'S Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo or butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix the oleo or butter and brown sugar.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Cool slightly, then add the milk; mix well. Add the vanilla and powdered sugar.
    (If too thin, add more sugar.)
