Easy Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines Butter Recipe cake mix
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1 (1 oz.) bottle red food coloring
1 stick margarine
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vinegar

Preparation

Mix cocoa and cake mix together.
Add vanilla, buttermilk, food coloring, margarine and eggs, beating until well moistened.
Add soda and vinegar.
Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Bake in two 8 or 9-inch greased and floured layer pans at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until done.
Frost with cream cheese icing.
