Skillet Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
    1/3 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    About 45 minutes before serving:
    In a large skillet over medium heat, stir 1/4 cup of water and all ingredients except chicken until well combined.
    Add chicken.
    Cook chicken 35 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and fork-tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
