Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bunch fresh broccoli
1 large red onion, diced
1 c. raisins
1/2 lb. fried and crumbled bacon
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Cut up broccoli in fine pieces and combine with onions and raisins.
Refrigerate.
Mix together mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. One and half hours before serving, add dressing and bacon.
Serves 8.
