Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. fine chopped green pepper
Preparation

Reserve 3/4 cup nuts.
Mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl and store in refrigerator, covered, overnight.
Form into 2 balls.
Roll in reserved nuts.
