Macaroni-Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cooked macaroni noodles
    6 1/2 oz. can tuna, flaked, drained
    1 c. Dukes mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/2 c. cooked peas
    1/2 c. cooked, chopped carrots
    salt and pepper
    lettuce
    1 tomato
Preparation
    Boil macaroni as instructed on box.
    Steam peas and carrots over boiling water in colander.
    Drain noodles.
    Stir in mayonnaise and sour cream.
    Add veggies and tuna; mix well.
    Salt and pepper as desired.
    Serve on a bed of lettuce with tomato wedges on the side.
