King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 c. chicken, boiled, boned and diced
    1 c. diced onions
    1/4 c. mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 pkg. corn tortillas (12 small ones)
    1 lb. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and mushrooms in butter.
    Add soups, tomatoes, garlic and chili powder.
    Place tortillas in chicken broth for 10 minutes to moisten.
    Line bottom of a large casserole baking dish with tortillas.
    Spread chicken over tortillas.
    Pour sauce over chicken and top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
