Sweet And Sour Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 carrots
    1 cauliflower
    6 small cucumbers
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    fresh mushrooms (if desired)
Preparation
    Cut vegetables into bite size pieces. Wash and drain. Salt with 2 tablespoons salt and stir gently. Place in large glass container and refrigerate for 24 hours. Take out and drain.
