Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn (approximately 6 ears fresh)
2 large slightly beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk or light cream
1 Tbsp. butter
dash of pepper
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Mix corn with beaten eggs and set aside.
Combine flour, sugar, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Add milk and beat until smooth. Add melted butter.
Combine batter with corn and egg mixture and pour into greased casserole.
Set casserole dish in pan of hot water.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven approximately 1 hour or until custard is firm.
