Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat together first 3 ingredients; then add the next 3 ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly with hands and form into 1-inch balls. On an ungreased pan bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes (do not brown). Roll in confectioners sugar while still hot.
    Cool on waxed paper.
