Margaret'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. shortening
Preparation
    Blend Crisco and flour.
    Add milk; mix well.
    Knead and roll out on floured surface.
    Cut and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
