Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Slice tops of pepper; take out seeds and wash.
    Place peppers in enough hot water to cover them; cook for 5 minutes.
    Cook hamburger and onion together until meat is done; drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients; heat.
    Fill peppers with stuffing. Cover and cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Uncover; cook for about 10 minutes.
