Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    7 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. chicken broth
    3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
    1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
Preparation
    In pan, melt butter.
    Add onion and cook until tender.
    Stir in flour, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper.
    Add broth and stir to mix well.
    Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
    Stir in chicken, vegetables and pimento.
    Heat until once again bubbly. Place biscuits on top of hot chicken mixture and bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuits are light brown.
