Easy Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. large flour tortillas
    1 can enchilada sauce (mild)
    1 small jar taco sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 lb. ground meat
    American cheese, grated or sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In skillet, season and brown ground meat and onion.
    Drain and add taco sauce and mix well.
    In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, put layers of tortillas.
    Top with meat mixture, then cheese.
    Add another layer of tortillas, enchilada sauce (1/2 can), meat and cheese.
    Last layer of tortillas, enchilada sauce and cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Cut into squares.
