Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, broiled
    1 c. rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 small sour cream (optional)
    18 Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cut chicken into pieces. Put ingredients together with 1 stick of melted margarine. Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until crackers are brown and casserole is bubbly.
