Lisa'S Yummy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 1/2 oz. shredded coconut
    2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt together.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
    Blend oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Fold in pineapple, carrots and coconut.
    Pour batter equally into 3 greased and floured 8-inch pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 22 to 28 minutes.
    Let cool before removing from pans.
    Let cool totally before frosting.
    Frost with Sue's Cream Cheese Frosting.
