Crock-Pot Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    3/4 stick oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Mix with soups, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Cook 8 to 9 hours on slow in crock-pot, or 3 hours on high.
    Add shredded cheese last half hour.
