Plum Nutty Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
2 small jars strained plums (baby food)
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

In large bowl mix dry ingredients together.
Beat in oil, eggs and plums.
Beat with mixer about four minutes or until well blended.
Fold in nuts.
Bake in tube pan in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours.
Glaze with 1/2 cup confectioners sugar and water.
