Chili Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3/4 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. tomato juice
Preparation

Stir chili powder into tomato juice.
Add to flour; mix well. Drop by tablespoons into simmering beef stew.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Do not lift lid.
Makes 8 to 10 dumplings.
