Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
5 medium potatoes
1/2 onion, chopped
Preparation

Melt the margarine.
Blend in flour. Add milk. Stir over medium heat until thick. Add cheese, salt and pepper. Cook until cheese is melted.
Spread some cheese sauce, then potatoes and onion, more sauce, more potatoes and ending with sauce.
Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
