Ingredients

4 (6-inch) whole wheat pitas
1/2 c. no salt tomato sauce
1/2 c. small broccoli florets
1/2 c. small cauliflowerets
1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, sliced
1/4 c. frozen peas, thawed and drained
1 medium bell pepper, sliced
1 c. shredded no fat Mozzarella type cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Place breads on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread 2 tablespoons tomato sauce on each pita.
Divide vegetables among breads evenly.
Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup cheese.
Bake about 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serves 4.
