Ingredients

1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
1 pt. vanilla ice cream (Haagen-Daz), softened
1 pt. raspberry or strawberry sorbet (Haagen-Daz), softened
1 c. peach slices (fresh or canned), drained
1 pt. raspberries or strawberries (fresh or frozen), thawed and drained
2 c. whipped cream (nondairy)
Preparation

Prepare graham cracker crust.
Mound vanilla ice cream and sorbet alternately.
With spatula, mound slightly toward center. Freeze overnight. Mix fruit before serving slightly softened pie. Top with whipped cream. Enjoy.
