Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
Hershey's Kisses

Preparation

Cream shortening, salt and peanut butter.
Beat in sugars and eggs.
Add flour and soda.
Mix well.
Chill until dough is firm.
Form into 1-inch balls; flatten with fork.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
Cool for 1 minute and add 1 Hershey Kiss per cookie.
