Chicken Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
    1 large chicken roaster, cut up
    1 c. seasoned stuffing mix
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix 1/3 cup soup, 1/4 cup milk, onion and parsley.
    Dip chicken parts in soup mix, then roll chicken in stuffing mix. Place in baking dish.
    Pour butter over chicken.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Combine balance of soup and milk and heat thoroughly. Pour over chicken just before serving.
