California Bundt Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 c. diced bananas
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation

Mix dry
ingredients
well.
Add bananas, oil, vanilla, eggs and pineapple with juice.
Stir to blend well, but do not beat. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for
an
hour and 20 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool
in
pan
on rack completely before removing cake from pan.
