Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen broccoli, cut up
    1 can mushroom soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 small onion, minced
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 1/2 c. herb stuffing (or your choice)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli; drain.
    Combine undiluted soup, mayonnaise, onion and eggs.
    Stir into broccoli.
    Put into large ungreased casserole; sprinkle cheese on top.
    Stir stuffing in melted oleo. Sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Can also be put in small dishes and frozen before baking.
