Chicken Cheddar Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 egg
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
chicken salad
Preparation

Melt butter in 1/4 cup boiling water.
Add flour and a dash of salt.
Stir vigorously.
Cook and stir until the mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
Cool slightly, then add egg and beat vigorously, until smooth.
Stir in cheese.
Drop dough on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cool and fill with chicken salad.
