Black Bottom Cupcakes(40 Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    2 lb. cream cheese (four 8 oz. pkg.)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 3/4 Tbsp. green creme de menthe
    1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 9-inch spring-form pan. Combine chocolate crumbs, melted butter and cinnamon in large bowl. Press into bottom of prepared pan.
    Set aside.
    Combine cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer and blend well. Add eggs and beat until smooth.
    Add creme de menthe, peppermint and salt.
    Beat again.
    Pour mixture into prepared crust.
    Add chocolate chips and stir very gently.
    Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0. Turn off heat and let cake cool in oven with door closed 1 hour. Refrigerate cheese cake in pan until ready to serve.
    Top with whipped cream.
