Grilled Vegetable Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes
    6 artichoke hearts (canned)
    1 each: medium red and green pepper, cut into squares
    1 each: red and white onion, cut into sixths
    1/4 c. vegetable or olive oil
    garlic and seasoned salts
Preparation
    On 6 skewers, alternately thread vegetables, separating onion layers.
    Brush on all sides with oil and sprinkle with garlic and seasoned salts.
    Broil on rack in broiler pan about 5 minutes on each side or grill on barbecue grill for 7 to 10 minutes on each side.
    Serves 6.
