Potato Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 medium potatoes, sliced very thin
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can milk
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides.
    Line 2 1/2-quart casserole with potatoes.
    Mix onion, soup, milk, salt, pepper and parsley flakes.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Put chops on top of sauce.
    Cover. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done in a 350\u00b0 oven.
