Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 lb. beef brisket
2 tsp. onion salt
1 Tbsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
4 tsp. mono gluta
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation

Rub dry ingredients into brisket and let stand 1 hour.
Rub in liquid smoke and wrap in foil; place in roaster and let stand overnight.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 5 hours.
