Mom'S Fancy Fried Apples(Canning) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

apples, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar (if desired)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Using several different types of apples is best:
Cortland, McIntosh, and Franklin at one time; Yellow Delicious and Melrose at another.
Mix different types of apples as you go, or mix in skillet.
