Damn Good Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. coarsely ground round beef
    1 green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) water
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 gloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can beans, drained and rinsed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper. Add remaining ingredients except beans. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add beans.
    Cover and simmer 1/2 hour.
    Increase cayenne or chili powder for hotter chili.
