Butter Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix flour and milk together.
Cook until thick.
Set aside to cool.
Cream together butter and shortening.
Beat 4 minutes.
Add sugar.
Beat 4 more minutes.
Add the paste mixture with vanilla and, once again, beat 4 minutes.
