Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, minced
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. powder
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. soft baked bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wash peppers; remove stem ends, seeds and membrane.
    Cook for 5 minutes in 1 cup salty boiling water.
    Drain; brown beef and onion, stirring with fork.
    Add other ingredients (except bread crumbs).
    Mix well.
    Fill peppers with meat mixture.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 30 minutes.
