Mincemeat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 lb. meat (deer, beef)
40 apples, cored and peeled
1 1/2 c. molasses
1/2 lb. brown sugar
1/2 lb. suet
1 lb. seedless raisins
6 oranges, squeezed for juice
1 Tbsp. cinnamon, cloves, allspice, nutmeg and salt
3 c. cider (for moisture)

Apples should be 2 to 1 mixture with meat.
