Sue Ashworth'S Liver, Liver - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef liver
    2/3 slices bacon
    m.s.g.
    flour
    onion
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Soak liver in hot water.
    Fry bacon and reserve drippings to brown liver in.
    Remove liver from hot water and sprinkle with m.s.g.
    Roll in flour and brown in bacon drippings.
    Slice onion and bring to boil in the water.
    Remove liver from skillet.
    Add 2/3 tablespoon flour, salt and pepper and brown as to make gravy. Use the water from the onions to make gravy.
    Put liver and onions in the gravy and cover; cook on low heat about 30 minutes until very tender.
