Crock-Pot Peppered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut in cubes or beef tips
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 green peppers
    2 onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans crushed tomatoes
    1 small can mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Put meat in crock-pot and stir in flour; add peppers, onions, salt, pepper, tomatoes and mushrooms.
    Cook four hours on high or 7 hours on low.
