Crustless Salmon Quiche(Makes 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. thinly sliced, smoked salmon (cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
    4 1/2 oz. shredded Jarlsberg cheese
    1 c. thawed, frozen, chopped spinach (squeezed dry)
    1/2 c. diced red pepper (bell)
    1/2 c. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. egg substitute
    1 c. milk (skim)
    3 drops hot red pepper sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray an 8-inch baking dish or pie plate with nonstick spray.
    Set aside.
