Egg Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 egg shell full of water (twice)
flour
Preparation

Beat egg, salt and water with beater until foamy.
Add flour while stirring.
Continue to add flour until dough will not stick to sides of bowl.
Roll as thin as possible with rolling pin with plenty of flour.
Cut with pizza cutter.
Let lay until nearly dry.
Have broth nicely seasoned and boiling.
Drop in noodles and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
(Putting noodles in just warm oven for 5 minutes will dry them out nicely.)
