Ingredients

2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Whisk eggs; add sugar, salt, mustard, vinegar and water. Stir.
Whisk in flour.
Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir constantly with whisk.
